It's aweful knowing the bomb is dropping but not knowing where we are going and what is happening with our jobs

I wish that there was better communication with Purolator and its employees...... I was in Brantford 2 years ago when they moved runs to Stratford and laid people off..... At the begining it was rumors you heard for a few years, then we had a meeting and the changes started to happen. It is a very frustrating situation to go through, I transfered to Mount Hope because if I didnt I wouldn't have a job with Purolator right now. It worked out better for me in the end but there were some bumps along the way. Change is hard for everyone its just too bad Purolator wasn't better with the communication part of things to help make it easier for the people facing these difficult changes!!!!

So they are proposing to split Hamilton between NOTL/Mt.Hope and Burlington ?

Has there been a meeting there yet. Lots of rumours floating around about you guys, Downsview, Morse and Brampton. But nothing concrete yet.

Must be frustrating to say the least. Many employees are suffering from anxiety over this issue. Nobody needs the stress of being onboard an emotional rollercoaster !

Yes Sorry folks,,There is nothing worse that not knowing what the frig is going on,,i just hope you can get a transfer some where else or at least a Package'',, Just hang in there ,,what will be will be,,The Company always keeps you in Limbo on WTF is going on its just not right Sorry ...
