As many of you know we lost a good friend and co-worker this weekend. Zac was always one with a smile and a joke to keep you on your toes. You will be missed Zac. Our thoughts and prayers too your family.

Well I am sad to say my friend and co-worker for 20 years passed away in his sleep last night. Tom had 30 years as a linehaul driver with Purolator working out of Toronto. Just a quick update. Tom will be cremated this week and funeral services are probably going to be on Saturday. As soon as it is finalized I will let you all know.

LOL well the polyester is a topic all on its own. And with the vest's Dawg it's a matter of comfort, wearability and visibility. Kinda like orange polyester and green linen.

Well today it becomes law that we must wear safety vests in all hub locations when we are out of our truck. Not a bad idea really. You do have a point there, what about the brokers coming into the yards, the mechanics,the LPP's, the couriers at Metro West,the sorters and office workers walking the VERY dark path into both hubs that crosses our main driveway into the yard. All pedestrians should be required to wear them. I think...
